We gladly accept requests for appointments by phone or email and do our best to accommodate.
Insurance & Billing
We accept most insurance plans and submit claims electronically for our patients. Copayments and deductibles are collected at the time of service and we accept assignment of benefits from insurance companies. Estimated coverage is provided for larger cases from our data bank of insurance companies. Major credit cards are accepted, as is Care Credit, a convenient way to pay for treatment over an extended period of time. Ask us for details.
